This allows precision and is very easy to use. The control knob, custom developed to be more robust and tear resistant, allows for precise temperature adjustment.

Its cast iron plate is fitted with mounds to capture the heat, ensuring excellent transmission and distribution. Made in our workshop, the large diameter 8-branch star burner with double flame ensures even heat distribution for unrivalled cooking.
